      Job Responsibilities:

      • Ensuring Corporate law compliances

      • Finalising agreements, MOU’s & vetting legal documents.
      • Any other miscellaneous work pertaining to Corporate legal function
      • Company Secretary - Able to draft legal notices,written statements,criminal complaints u/s 138 of the negotiable instruments Act,recovery suits,appeals etc. for filing in distt. Courts,High Courts etc.
      • Handling consumer cases including drafting of written statements.
      • Finalizing various Contracts with Vendors, Service Providers, Cell-site owners, Infrastructure providers etc, understanding the concepts and active participation with Commercial Teams.
      • Finalizing agreements relating to Distributors, Relationship/Service Centers and other channel partners, interconnect agreements, branding agreements, those relating to value added services for instance, content providers, and letters of intent / MOUs.
      • Ensure total statutory compliance in all the establishments of both the companies to minimize litigations arising out of non compliance.
      • Update the management on evolving judicial trends and legislative proposals, policy changes, amendments in laws and important judgments passed by various courts/ forums and the impact thereof.
      • Ensure proper vetting of documents/agreements, either in-house or by liaison with lawyers
      • Coordination managing and directing with the offices/staff of IIL all over India with respect to the legal issues.
