Job Responsibilities
|
- Execute the assigned transactions meeting the timelines
- Identify process improvement
- Send RFQ to suppliers based on PR(Thru SAP)
- Follow up with suppliers for timely submission of Bids
- Prepare Evaluation Strategy
- Prepare and finalize the comparison sheet and do final negotiations
- Prepare Contracts/Purchase Order/Service order in SAP with detailed Terms and conditions
- Work with Finance for Advance payement if required
- Work with supplier for PBG
- Followup with suppliers for material
- Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers
- Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.
