Job Description:

Provide technical support for the Client suite working closely with customer system administrators and application engineers. 

Build and maintain system environments to reproduce customer issues with the Client Software. This includes installing and configuring various operating systems, virtual machine, and database configurations using technologies like BOXI, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.

Work closely with the Client's software engineers to communicate product defects and enhancement requests identified during customer interactions.

Manage a queue of multiple complex issues, effectively communicating status and managing timely resolution.
